Attorney Brett Benson, J.D.
Personal Injury Attorney Brett Benson practices law specializing in litigating, mediating and arbitrating cases involving car accidents, big truck accidents, negligence injury, and wrongful death. He also handles civil appeal cases.
Brett graduated with a bachelor’s of art degree from Brigham Young University in 1993 before earning his Juris Doctorate at the University of Tulsa in 1996. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Utah Association for Justice.
Before joining Gregory & Swapp, he was in private practice and was corporate counsel for the Great Saltair, LLC. Most recently, Brett has been involved in mass tort litigation, specifically the Fen Phen Class Action. During his legal career, Brett has provided pro bono legal advice for various non-profit organizations.
He is currently a board member for Eye Care for Kids, a Utah-based non-profit organization. Brett enjoys spending time with his three daughters, hiking and reading.
