Personal Injury Attorney Erik Highberg practices law in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington D.C. handling car accidents, truck accidents, negligence injury, and wrongful death cases.
Erik graduated from Whitman College in 1988 in Political Science. He then attended Willamette University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 1991. At law school, he was executive editor of the Willamette Law Review.
Erik practiced law in Oregon as an attorney and shareholder for Crothers & Hansen P.C. in Salem, and later as General Counsel for a major mining and road construction firm, Yuba North, Inc., located in Medford. Since 1999, he has practiced motor vehicle injury law in his native Spokane.
Erik has been an Emergency Medical Technician and volunteer firefighter since 1985, and currently serves as the EMS Lieutenant for Spokane County Fire District 9, Station 94. He is also a fire investigator for the fire district. He is a commercial pilot and flight instructor as well and enjoys snow skiing, and spending time with his family.
