Craig Swapp, J.D.

Personal Injury Attorney Craig Swapp practices law in Utah, Washington, Idaho and Colorado.  He has focused his legal efforts on representing those hurt or killed as a result of another person or corporation’s negligence and/or wrong doing. Specific attention has been given to serious traffic accidents and dangerous pharmaceutical products. 

Craig is a contributing member of the Utah, Washington and Idaho Trial Lawyers Associations.  He currently sits on the Board of Governors for the Utah Association for Justice and has been heavily involved with their legislative efforts.  He is also an active member of the American Association for Justice and has been since 1994.  In 2005 Craig was listed by Utah Business and his peers as one of Utah’s Legal Elite.

Craig is the face of Gregory & Swapp PLLC, appearing in the Firm’s renowned “One Call, That’s All” advertising in Utah, Washington and Idaho. 

He graduated from the University of Utah in 1988 with a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting.  While attending the University Of Utah College Of Law he served as a senior editor for the Journal of Contemporary Law.  He received is Juris Doctorate degree in 1991. 

Craig is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with his family and friends doing a variety of activities.
