Paul graduated from Brigham Young University with an undergraduate degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington.

Prior to his association with Gregory & Swapp, Paul worked for Litster Injury Lawyers in Boise, Idaho, where he was the managing litigation attorney. Before joining Litster Injury Lawyers, Paul worked for two large commercial litigation firms – Moffatt, Thomas, Barrett, Rock and Fields in Boise, and Witherspoon, Kelley, Davenport & Toole in Spokane.

Paul is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.

He enjoys basketball, tennis, opera, classical music, hiking and attending his children’s activities.
